Consumer Lending Roundtable - June 18-19 in Washington, DC

Register Now To Join Us In Washington, DC

If you register now to join your peers in Washington, DC you’ll join a network of 15-20 Consumer Lending executives for a day and a half of collaboration, idea sharing, problem-solving, and networking … and you’ll leave the Roundtable with new contacts, actionable ideas, and strategies you can take back and implement at your credit union.

We have three seats available for non-Roundtable clients. The fee to register is $500. This includes introductions, happy hour, and dinner on June 18 (5:00 p.m.) and the Consumer Lending Roundtable (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) on June 19. Happy hour and dinner on the 18th and breakfast and lunch on the 19th are covered in the registration fee.

This Roundtable is intended for credit unions that already have some kind of data analytics strategy in place.

Callahan Roundtables are attendee-driven, and the “agenda” is 100% relevant to the attendees in the room, meaning each Callahan Roundtable is different. That’s why we can’t share an exact list of discussion topics just yet, but we can share what we hear is top of mind for executives.

What Are Consumer Lending Executives Talking About?

  • Is your credit union focused more on your direct or indirect auto program? What are you doing to grow originations?
  • What is your credit union doing to help keep members away from payday lenders? How do you develop a sustainable product? Do you have other unsecured products for higher credit tiers?
  • How are data analytics being used to move your consumer lending goals forward?
  • What unique products are you offering to meet your members’ needs and expectations? What is resonating in your market?
  • What role does the branch play in your consumer lending loan generation?
  • Does your credit union partner with auto dealers? What does that partnership look like?
  • How are you leveraging technology to create consumer lending efficiencies? Are there any fintechs or other technology companies you are partnering with to provide additional value to members?
  • Other topics include delivery channels, sales culture, pricing, delinquency and charge-off management, interest rate risk, merchant lending, credit cards, and other topics relevant to you and your credit union.
